Monthly Permits

Monthly Permits for all lots can be purchased at the Parking Authority Office located at 233 Commerce Place, Elizabeth, NJ 07201. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm. The Parking Authority accepts Visa & MasterCard credit card payments.

The Monthly Permit Rate for the J. Christian Bollwage Parking Garage #1, Caldwell & Elizabethtown Plaza is $130.00/month.

The Monthly Permit Rate for Lot #18 Westfield & Union St. is $120.00/month.

Monthly Permit Rate for all other lots is $100.00/month.

Initial $25.00 Equipment fee - Refundable by check upon return of equipment for the following Garage/Lots - #1, #2 and #6

Parking Rates per Hour

J. Christian Bollwage Parking Garage Lot #1 daily rate is $2.00 first hour/$1.00 each additional hour. All additional lots managed by the Parking Authority of the City of Elizabeth charge $1.00 per hour. A lost ticket fee is $20.00. Parking Meter Rate

Parking Meters found throughout city streets and at various lots are $.25 per 15 minutes.

Metric Box Stations

Metric box stations found throughout the city streets and flat lots charge 1.00 per hour/12 hour limit.

Notice

Motorcycles are not permitted in our garage parking facilities, J. Christian Bollwage Parking Garage #1 and Garage #6.

The Parking Authority of the City of Elizabeth is not responsible for loss, theft, or damages to vehicles or personal property at any of our parking facilities. Patrons are advised not to leave personal property such as cellular phones, radios, GPS, EZ Pass, cameras, clothes or other valuables in their vehicles.
