Refunds or Reimbursements

Effective April 18, 2011 -

Refunds or reimbursements must take place within 30 days of the transaction. This refers to the lost ticket fee, once found, accompanying a receipt. The 30 day limit also refers to any reimbursements for out of order equipment, pay stations or meter boxes.

Upon purchasing a monthly pass at any Parking Authority Lot or Garage that requires vehicle overhead (AV reader) equipment, the patron is required to place a one time deposit of $25.00 for the equipment which will be reimbursed by check when the patron no longer wishes to park at that lot.
